Dispute Resolution F.A.Q's

Complaint and Dispute Resolution Process F.A.Q.'s

Q - Can I file an anonymous complaint?

A - No, anonymous complaints nor Complaint Processes will not be addressed. This is a measure to cut-down on unsubstantiated complaints.

Q - What information will be required?

A - General personal information such as name, telephone contact information, your email address, and information relating to the grounds on which the complaint is being filed. If a company is filing the complaint, company information in addition to the principal contact's information will be required.

Q - Are there any definite complaints that The Corporate Focus will not process?

A - Yes, to name a few:
• Disputes regarding professional services or procedures that are conducted under licensed certification. This type of dispute would be ideally handled in a court of law, where adequate knowledge regarding licensed procedures and services will be accurately scrutinized.
• The dissatisfaction of an employee's demeanor or attitude. A matter of such should be brought to the attention of on site management.
• Matters that are in litigation or either have previously been litigated.
• The collection of debt, employment practices/labor laws, and allegations of discrimination or violation of statutory/constitutional rights are highly recommended to be litigated.
• While all of the matters of dispute that will not be handled by The Corporate Focus are not listed on this website should your complaint happen to fall under this umbrella, you will be notified immediately.

Q - Does the filing of a complaint against a TCF Accredited Member Entity guarantee the initiation of a dispute resolution process?

A - No, filing a complaint does not guarantee the initiation of a dispute resolution process:
• A complaint may not be contested by the TCF Member Entity, giving way to an immediate selection process of proposed rectifications
• The complaint may be addressed by the taken initiative of the TCF Member Entity which leads to a successful resolution without further due process
• The complaint may be filed without a request for the process of dispute resolution.
